Hello,
I know that I have posted a forum mod/admin application awhile ago but it will filled with some interesting stuff so I though no one noticed it.

USERNAME: Pengull

POSITION: Fourm Moderator

REASONING FOR POSITION: For the passed year, I have been checking the forums almost every single day looking for any new posts. I try to reply to every topic possible to the best of my ability with an honest and with as much infomation as possible.

EXTRA INFORMATION: I have created many fourms in the passed using both Webs.com and Forumotion.com. I keep them organized and filled with as much infomation as possible. Fill free to check out the forumotion site I created for my clan (OFFICIAL).

Thank you for reading this application I've created for fourm moderator. I know this isn't a popular place for players to apply at and I know no one really wants to do it. But I'm up for it!

I'm just curious, but what would you do with forum mod that you couldn't do already?

There are a few things that I have addressed in the passed that hasn't been fixed. Starting off with the subfourm topic for Garry's Mod. It still has the exact same darn description that it did over a year ago. It's talking about Minecraft instead of Garry's Mod which it should be.

Another thing is people sometimes post stuff in the completely wrong subforum. For an example, (https://huggaming.rpg-board.net/t121-admin-abuse). This player posted an Admin abuse report in the gaming subfourm. Even though it is still gaming, the subfourm description clearly states that "Post anything not relating to zombie survival here(...)". Even though it doesn't seem like a huge problem, I checked the fourm many times after he/she posted that and I never saw it. I did see it 2 days later though.

Lastly, there are a few duplicate fourm posts in the Admin Applications subforum the last time I checked. It does get pretty annoying and you don't know which one to reply to.

I know this is a trust issue between you and I. If you don't trust me enough, all you have to do is say so. : )

For some reason I can't create any new fourm posts in any subfourm except for the Garry's Mod subfourm. Is the topic creation for the other subfourms set so regular users can create new topics?

I've always noticed the minecraft description for Garry's Mod and I find it hilarious but it probably has the go. And since you've noticed, it would be better if the forum was cleaned up a bit. I have to check what mods have access to on the forums. I'll also check to see is topics can be created by regular users in the other subforums though that should be enabled.

Edit: So I checked access to the other subforums and everything looks fine. You're clearly in the "member" security group so when you try to create a topic in other subforum what happens exactly?

Hmmm....I'm not sure what is happening. I set the permissions to the same as zombie survival forum so that may have fixed it but the permissions seemed fine to begin with.
